More News and Pictures Soon

Ok so if anyone is paying attention out there. I have been trying to get my gear in order at home. We have had a lot of equipment failure and rebootings. The video projector blew up since I got back from England to add to the stuff to get fixed. My mac laptop where i used to keep all our photos together is slowly dying and iphoto lost all my photos. Well there there somewhere in thousands of folders.

I tried to move over to PC but that one even though its new has had to have XP reinstalled, and lots of stuff now has to be reinstalled and its still has issues. I'm going to have to get a new mac laptop fairly soon but we need more cash and I'm hopeing they will redesign it a little first since the current silver design is getting a little old.

So look forward to pics soon.

Hope all is well Mark

Football & Boating in the Park

Went with Seb to kick around football at the local park. There was a small six year old who played with us. He fell down and scrazed his arm, we washed it with bottle water. He seemed to be pretty good, but needed more to eat though.

Had lunch in the back garden with Mom Dad & Julie. Seb and friend Samuel ate in the house. Quiche, salad and cream donuts and cakes for desert. Then Julie Mark and the kids went to the park. We fed the ducks bread and took a row boat. Mark got out when the others decided to switch rowers, it seemed like we would capsize with all the weight moving around. I took a walk around the lake and met some people trying to help a swan that had grabbed a fishing hook in its beak.

The kids later played on swings etc and Julie and I looked at some rabbits and cockateils.

Wolverhampton Area Visit & Auntie Greeta

We headed off to Wolverhampton area to see some of our former houses and Auntie Greeta. We brought Seb with us. Tea at a garden center on the way. We went to Codsall first mom and dads last house then Shareshill the first house Mark lived in. We went to see my first school and Seb and I went into the village church where we were all Christened. We met a curator lady who told us some history of the church. Unfortunately the camera was not working and we were only able to get this one shot today>

We were originally going to pick up auntie Greeta for lunch but we ended up picking up fish and chips and bringing them to her. It was very nice and good to see her.

Gloucester Docks & War Museum

Went to Gloucester docks today and a small war museum. Followed by a quick trip into the town. In the evening we went to an Italian restaurant but we had to wait forever for our meals and when they came moms was cold. We still had fun joking about it.

Remember you can see a larger version of the picture by clicking on the image. They only seem to allow 5 pictures per posting so here are 5 of our walk.

Sunday at Julie's

Sunday in the morning we went shopping to a sports store, picked up a couple of shirts and hat. Then lunch at Waitrose a supermarket cafe. Afternoon with Julie, Chris and Seb. Played cricket with Seb, a french ball game (pictured). We went on a walk around the neighbourhood. The public can walk around the grounds of Lord Bathurst, its like a park. Mom & Dad headed back and Julie, Seb and Mark watched a little cricket and headed back a different way. On the way we had tea at the local recreation center, Seb had hot chocolate. Then back home we played rounders(baseball) Seb set up about 10 bases which we reduced to about 6. Mom and Dad joined in.

Then a Great Bar-B-Que dinner(see pictures) picture of walk next posting.
